Location Name: Official location name
Location Initials: Location name abbreviation
Location Number: Interger Location ID. Must be a unique ID.
OU Location: The path to the OU in Active Directory.
The path is in the format: OU=Users,OU=Location,DC=Domain,DC=com
User Description: The description of the user in Active Directory.
Example: County High School Student
Blocked UserGroup Name: Some orgnaizations limit or block Internet access for specific users based on a membership
in a specific group. Membership in this group is based on a flag in the information system or
data source. Account Management can manage the group members based on the flag.
The Blocked Users Group Path setting should be the name of the group. Example: blockedusers.
User Name Format User Name Format can take 8 parameters and unlimited constants.
The parameters are:
%f - First Name
%l - Last Name
%if - First Initial
%il - Last Initial
%xf** - First Name up to chosen number of characters
%xl** - Last Name up to chosen number of characters
%a - School Abbrevation
%n - School Number
%c - Custom Value
%2c - Custom Value 2

Populate Email Address By checking Populate Email Address, the E-mail field on the General Tab in Active Directory Users and Computers will be populated with format "username@domain.name".
Populate Email Nickname By checking Populate Email Nickname, the mailNickname field on the Attribute Editor in Active Directory Users and Computers will be populated with the user's old email address if a username change occurs. This attribute is only avaliable if the mailNickname attribute exsists in Active Directory.
Random Password The Random Password Checkbox is checked if AM will be generating random passwords and passwords will not be pulled from a field in the data source.
Include Letters Letters will be included in the random password.
Include Numbers Numbers will be included in the random password.
Include Mixed Case Mixed case letters will be included in the random password.
Include Special Characters Special characters will be included in the random password.
No Similar Characters No characters will be repeated in the random password.
Random Password Length Length of the random password to be generated.
Trim Left: Number of characters to be trimmed from the left of the chosen password field. Trim Left does not apply to random passwords.
Trim Right: Number of characters to be trimmed from the right of the chosen password field. Trim Right does not apply to random passwords.
PASS CANT CHANGE: By checking PASSWD_CANT_CHANGE the user will not be able to change their password.
NORMAL ACCOUNT: Checking NORMAL_ACCOUNT will cause the user to change their password upon first logon. The password will expire according to domain policy.
This option cannot be used with DONT_EXPIRE_PASSWORD or PASSWD_CANT_CHANGE.
DONT EXPIRE PASSWORDS: Checking DONT_EXPIRE_PASSWORD checkbox will cause accounts to be created with a non expiring password.
Domain Name UPN: The domain name will be used as the User principle name.
Create Home Directory: Specifies if home directories should be created for users at the specific location.
File Server: Name of the server that houses the home directories for users.
Example: fileserver01
Home Drive: The home drive is the drive mapped for a user's home directory by Active Directory for Windows 2000 and later.
Local Path: The local path is the physical path on the server to the location where the user's files will be stored.
MAC Support/Individual Share: Specifies if the user's home directory is to be an individual hidden share.
Root Share: The root share is the base share via which the home directories of all users casn be accessed.

Network Attached Storage: True or False
Specifies if a NAS is used to store users' home directories. Please, contact technical support to have your NAS tested.
Network Attached Storage Path: Specifies the path of NAS share in which users' home directories are to be created.
Groups: Users can be added to zero to many Active Directory user groups. Enter the group name.
