General Settings

*Active Directory Authentication: If this box is checked, Account Management will use credentials to read from and write to Active Directory. This is optional.
Active Directory User Name: If Active Directory Authentication is checked, the username of an account which has rights to read from and write to Active Directory must be entered.
Active Directory Password: If Active Directory Authentication is checked, the password for user who has access to read from and write to Active Directory must be entered.
Internal Domain Name: Internal Active Directory Fully Qualified Domain Name.
External Domain Name: External Fully Qualified Domain Name. Used to populate email address.
Domain Controller IP: IP address of a global catalog domain controller. The specified domain controller should be a global catalog.
Number of Days to keep log files: Each time AM is run, a log file is created. The Number of Days to keep log files setting determines how long the log files are kept.
Number of Days to keep inactive users: When a student or employee leaves, their account can be maintained but disabled. This allows the user's home directory to be kept and reinstated if the user returns. This setting determines how long to keep an inactive user before deleting the account.

*If the user that the scheduled task runs under, has rights to read from and write to Active Directory, there is no need to set Active Directory authentication.
